Mange mennesker har ikke brug for den psykofarmaka, som de har taget i mange år - men de har svært ved at trappe ud. Der følger nemlig abstinenssymptomer med - man får det dårligt, fordi kroppen har vænnet sig til daglig medicin og kan ikke undvære den. Det er der råd for, så kom og hør, hvordan en vellykket nedtrapning kan finde sted.
Målgruppe: brugere af psykofarmaka, pårørende og andre interesserede.
Oplægsholderne har alle stor viden indenfor deres områder. De vil hver på ca. 15 minutter fortælle om deres egne erfaringer enten som behandler eller som tidligere bruger psykofarmaka. Der vil også være plads til dialoger, spørgsmål og en pause.
