Hej venner, den akustiske koncertfortælling ”Coffee House” er inspireret af den berømte folk-club The Riverboat der lå på Yorkville Avenue nær Toronto i årene 1964 – 1978.
Neil Young’s repertoire der fra den legendariske Woodstock festival, går gennem 6 årtier, med over 40 studio albums og supergrupperne Buffalo Springfield og Crosby Stills Nash & Young, kommer den akustiske koncertfortællingen ”Coffee House” en quadrilogy af Carsten Rønnest.
Neil Young’s tekst univers har sat sit præg op gennem 60’erne og frem til i dag, med 60’ernes ”Romantic murder ballads”;
