Serie af morgenmøder ude hos virksomhederne
Vi besøger Dambækgaard - den bæredygtige bondegård.
Dambækgaard drives af Kirstine Bergholdt Bjerre, som har skabt den bæredygtige bondegård og selv bor her. De tilbyder bondegårdsferie i bæredygtige rammer, hvor turister og kursister kan blive inspireret til en mere bæredygtig og klimavenlig livsstil.
Indlæg ved Jesper Holm, der er lektor i Miljø- og Sundhedspolitik og Innovation på RUC og tilknyttet kandidatuddannelserne i Bæredygtig Omstilling og Sundhedsfremme.
Jesper arbejder med bæredygtig omstilling i forskelige sektorer og lokalområder – herunder i og med turismebranchen og har været med til at udvikle økoturisme sammen med natur- og nationalparker, efteruddanner guider i bæredygtig turisme og bynær økoturisme samt udviklet ture, hjemmesider og koncepter under COP15 i lærerige miljøoplevelser i region Sjælland.
Der vil blive serveret en let morgenmad og kaffe/te.

8:00 - Indlæg om bæredygtige turisme v. Jesper Holm. Jesper fortæller om, hvordan man skaber bæredygtige oplevelser, og hvad det betyder at en oplevelse er bæredygtig samt hvorfor det er vigtigt at tænke bæredygtighed ind i oplevelser.
8:30 - Netværk
