Folketeatret og Odense Teater er gået sammen og sender hele Danmarks julekomedie på turne! Se eller gense historien om den frække, livlige Nicolaj og hans lærde brødre. De havde egentlig tænkt sig at bruge juleferien på at studere. Men Nicolaj lokker dem på andre tanker, så vejen går til Nøddebo for at besøge Pastor Blicher og hans kønne døtre, som Nicolaj straks forelsker sig i, begge to. Nicolaj sætter fut i præstegården og laver alverdens ulykker og tilbringer den mest vidunderlige jul man kan ønske sig. Fra klokketårnet myldrer nisserne frem og sætter skub i handlingen som aldrig før. Det er Folketeatrets roste jubilæums udgave fra 2013 Odense Teater og Folketeatret nu sender på turne. En ny og kærlig version af den elskede klassiker, der har været en del af vores juletradition siden 1888.
