Nordisk Koncertkor er et firstemmigt blandet kor med base i Nuuk. Koret synger såvel klassisk som rytmisk musik, men har størst fokus på den klassiske. Desuden søger koret ofte nye veje og opsætninger i kombination med eller som supplement til den klassiske sangtradition.
Som en afrunding af korets rejse og deltagelse i Nordklang 2022 i Island afholder koret denne koncert på Nordatlantens Brygge i København. Og som dirigent Bente Colding-Jørgensen siger det:
- Det har i mange år har været et stort ønske for Nordisk Koncertkor at afholde en koncert på Nordatlantens Brygge. Nu ser vi denne drøm gå i opfyldelse, så også kormusik-interesserede i København kan stifte bekendskab til den grønlandske sangtradition, og grønlændere i København får mulighed for at høre koret synge de kendte grønlandske sange.
