Nyaars-Morgen er et oratorium af Jakob Høgsbro bygget på tekstuddrag af Grundtvigs storværk af samme navn.
Oratoriet blev uropført 10. april i år til stor begejstring for publikum og genopføres søndag 8. maj i Sct. Mariæ Kirke i Helsingør.
Mezzosopranen Andrea Pellegrini synger det krævende solistparti med backing fra et 13-personers orkester og Vor Frelsers Kantori. Grundtvig-specialisten Sune Auken har lavet tekster om Grundtvigs digt, som indgår som en del af værket. På musikalsk vis kommer vi igennem Grundtvigs kvaler og glæder, hans opdagelse af den nordiske mytologi og kristne genvækkelse - udtrykt med alt fra nordisk-klingende melodier og strygere til glasspil, operaklang og talekor.
