Promenadeorkestret LAUSENIANA, også kaldet "Slyngelorkesteret", har siden sin begyndelse i 1963 stået for, at nytåret blev skudt godt i gang, og Soroptimisterne Bogense-Nordfyn og Lions Club Søndersø genoptager nu traditionen på Nordfyn med en festlig nytårskoncert i i NFE-hallen på Nordfyns Efterskole, Særslev, lørdag den 14. januar 2023 kl. 15.00.
Ved nytårskoncerten 2023 har Slynglerne fornøjelsen af at præsentere sopranen Elsebeth Dreisig som solist. Elsebeth Dreisig er uddannet ved Det kgl. danske Musikkonservatorium, hvorfra hun tog diplomeksamen i 1994. Hun arbejder som freelance opera- , operette- og musicalsanger i hele landet samt udlandet, og har i mange år haft tilknytning til Den Jyske Opera, hvor hun har høstet flotte anmeldelser for, blandt mange andre, G. Puccinis opera ”Butterfly” og August Ennas opera ”Kleopatra”.
Det Kongelige Teater og Operaen har også nydt godt af Elsebeths Lyriske Sopran og dramatiske udtryk ved flere gæstekontrakter. Elsebeth har modtaget mange legater i sin karriere, blandt flere andre: Minister Erna Hamiltons studie/rejselegat og Louis Halberstadts hæderspris.
