Besøg papirfabrikken og hør om de aktuelle planer for omdannelsen af området.
Dalum Papir står overfor en omdannelse fra stort tidligere industriområde til et nyt grønt boligområde. Fabrikkens bygninger fylder i dag en stor del af området som ligger naturskønt i nær tilknytning til Odense Å og skovområder. Det tæt bebyggede industriområde skal forvandles til et sted, der vil være præget af boliger og grønne udearealer. I processen vil mange produktions- og lagerhaller forsvinde mens andre bygninger vil blive bevaret og omdannet. Nye boliger tilføjes som lav bebyggelse i tæt samspil med natur og grønne områder.
Program:
Gåtur på fabriksområdet og udstilling om projektet. Oplæg om de overordnede planer for området med særlige fokus på bevarede bygninger og deres omdannelse.
Oplæg og rundvisning v. C.F. Møller Arkitekter og Mads Bue Mørk fra MT Højgaard
Arrangementet er gratis, men kræver tilmelding. Foregår stående/gående.
