Kulturklyngen er en sammenslutning af kulturproducenter og ildsjæle i Odense. De står vagt om kulturens interesser, og arbejder for at skabe fysisk rum for kultur, kreativitet og iværksætteri i Odense, og særligt på Odense Havn. Kulturklyngen præsenterer de kulturelle og kreative kræfter på Odense havn med særligt afsæt i aktørernes eget forhold til havnen, hvordan de bruger havnens nuværende rum og hvordan de ser deres rolle i byudviklingen på Odense Havn.
Arrangementet er gratis og foregår stående.
