Alda Sigurdardottir er stjórnendamarkþjálfi og eigandi Vendum. Hún hefur fjölbreytta stjórnunarreynslu og hefur gegnt ýmsum trúnaðarstörfum ásamt því að sitja í fjölmörgum stjórnum og nefndum. Þar má nefna störf hennar sem aðstoðarmaður rektors (e. Executive assistant) hjá Háskólanum í Reykjavík, kynningar- og samskiptastjóri HR, Viðskiptastjóri hjá fyrirtækinu SJÁ ehf, sem fræðslustjóri VR og stundakennari við viðskiptadeild Háskóla Íslands.
Alda er menntaður stjórnmála- og atvinnulífsfræðingur frá HÍ og hefur lokið námi í stjórnendamarkþjálfun (e. Executive coaching) frá Opna Háskólanum í HR og Coach University sem veitir réttindi til alþjóðlegrar vottunar ICF, International Coach Federation.
