Søndag d. 15. april rykker landet lidt tættere på Aarhus.
Vi har gjort det nemt for dig, der ikke har bil men gerne vil vise dine børn, hvor mælken kommer fra:
Vi dækker op til en lækker Øko-brunch lavet af de lokale stjernekokke fra Substans. På menuen findes bla. nye, lækre øko-mejeriprodukter - og ligesom køerne kan du også få mulighed for at smage på græs... efter der har været i hænderne på en Michelinkok.
Når du og din familie har spist jer mætte, går turen med bus til Bjarne Nebels økologiske gård nær Silkeborg – nemt ikk? Her kommer I helt tæt på øko-køerne, oplever livet på landet, får smagsprøver på de økologiske mejeriprodukter og meget andet. Bussen kører jer derefter retur til Aarhus med en rygsækken fuld af masse sjove oplevelser.

Program:
Kl. 09.00 Nyd en lækker øko-brunch fra Restaurant Substans serveret i Økologiens Hus
Kl. 10.15 Bussen kører mod gården
Kl. 12.00 Oplev øko-køerne ”danse”, når de lukkes på græs
Kl. 13.30 Bussen kører retur til Økologiens Hus, forventet ankomst kl. ca. 14
Værd at vide:
- Gratis for børn under 12 år (tilmelding nødvendigt)
- Hver voksen kan max. medbringe 2 børn under 12 år
- Du kan tage bussen til Økologiens Hus (Bus 4A, 11 og 15 kører næsten til døren).
- Det er muligt at medbringe klapvogn i bussen.
- Medbring praktisk fodtøj (gummistøvler) - kig på vejrudsigten og klæd dig på efter vejret.
