Søndag den 3. september 2017 afholder Kongeå Kylling økologisk høstmarked kl. 10-16.
Du har her den enestående mulighed for at bestille en frokosttallerken med fire "retter", der specielt er komponeret til dagen. Det er altså en tallerken med fire forskellige menuer, hvor kylling fra Kongeå Kylling indgår i dem alle på helt forskellige måder. Det er Naturkøkkenet med Preben Madsen (fra Restaurant Herregårdskælderen) og Henrik Houborg Christensen, der tryller med råvarerne denne dag.
Frokosttallerkenen består af:
Kyllingesalat med suppekogte rodgrønsager, sprøde croutoner og havens urter
Forum Ølandsperler med kyllingelår, Høost og spinat
Røget kyllingebryst med majs, syltet græskar og romainesalat
Grillet kylling med persillerødder og persillepesto
