Vi starter med en rundtur i bryggeriet, hvor brygmester Niels Buchwald fortæller om dets historie, om øllerne, ingredienserne, brygning og om øllets historie i relation til dansk kulturhistorie.
Herefter smager vi bryggeriets skønne øl direkte fra tank, fad ellerflaske og spise lækker smørrebrød, imens læge Erik Skovenborg, som sammen med professor Arne Astrup er forfatter til bogen “Til øllet. Sund med øl i glas og gryde”, vil dele gavmildt ud af sin viden om emnet.
Der vil specielt være fokus på forhold, der har relation til kvinders helbred og det gode liv, sammen med muntre indslag om øl som nydelses- og næringsmiddel.
Vel mødt til en aften på Aahus Bryghus med lækre øl, smørrebrød og ikke mindst dejligt nyt om øl & sundhed.
