I 2017 dødede 38 mennesker på ventelisten til et nyt organ. Donaid IMCC inviterer til oplægsaften om organdonation, hvor vi skal drøfte løsninger på, hvordan vi får nedbragt organvestelisten, der i 2017 rummede 448 mennesker. Kan organmangel f.eks. løses med politiske tiltag eller brug af organer fra hjertedøde patienter?
Vi har inviteret 3 foredragsholdere til at fortælle om det danske organdonationssystem samt belyse de forskellige mulige løsninger på organmangel:
- Organmangel: I samarbejde med Dansk Center for Organdonation vil vi forsøge at belyse den situation vi befinder os i
- Politisk løsning: Vi har inviteret Etisk råd til at drøfte det formodede samtykke (borgerforslaget), registrering i registeret fra 15 år (Lars Løkkes forslag) samt ideer så som skattefradag til organdonerer.
- Hjernedød og hjertedød: Vi har inviteret læge Niels Agerlin til at tage om hjernedøden og muligheden for også at bruge hjertedøde som organdonerer
Desuden byder vi på GRATIS SANDWICH ifm arrangementet
Eventet er tiltænk medicinstuderende men byder alle velkommen (hvis du ikke har et sund-studiekort skal du kommer inden kl 17 da dørene på Panum lukker)
