Flere og flere mennesker udvikler et sygeligt forhold til kost, krop og sundhed. For nogle udvikler jagten på sundhed sig til spiseforstyrrelsen ortoreksi. Denne foruroligende tendens ønsker kostvejleder Susanne Østerhaab at sætte fokus på, med foredraget "Ortoreksi - Når sundhed bliver sygeligt".
Susanne Østerhaab fortæller åbent og ærligt om, hvordan hun som teenager udviklede ortoreksi og om hvordan spiseforstyrrelsen styrede hendes liv. I dag er Susanne Østerhaab rask og arbejder som kostvejleder, hvor hun brænder for at hjælpe andre med at finde balancen imellem fysisk, mental og social sundhed.
Foredraget henvender sig til alle, der interesserer sig for sundhed og spiseforstyrrelser. Hvad enten du er pårørende, fagperson eller selv oplever at kost og sundhed er blevet omdrejningspunktet i dit liv, vil du helt sikkert få noget ud af dette foredrag.
