Østertur til Rømø
Slow Food Odsherred arrangerer en fælles Østersafari til Rømø den 2. og 3 marts. Vi kører i fællesbiler og dels om udgifterne til transporten. Man kan også bare køre frem og tilbage om fredagen, hvor vi samler østers.
Turen starter med en rundvisning på Gram slot, hvor vi kan høre om deres økologiske visioner, (hvis vi bliver 20 koster det 100 kr. per mand).
Vi kan også besøge andre ting, hvis der er tid og lyst blandt deltagerne.
Fredag er der østerssamling i Vadehavet klokken 11. Vi bliver guidet og beværtet af Bente fra Tønnisgård. Først samler vi østers og derefter kører vi ud til grillhytten i Tvismark plantage, hvor nogle af de indsamlede østers åbnes og tilberedes over bål. Hertil serveres flutes. Ingredienserne til tilberedning bygger på råvarer der findes i vores natur. Dertil serveres et glas vin samt urtete/kaffe.
prisen pr deltager er 295.
Vi kan max være 20 deltagere til østerssamling og skal helst være 20 deltagere på Gram slot for at holde udgifterne nede.
