ØSTERSMAGI er designet af madiscenesætter Mette Martinussen som optakt til en fullblown østersbar hos Maritime Nyttehaver. ØSTERSMAGI er en kort spadseretur på Kalvebod Bølge, hvor dit fokus skærpes og du kommer tæt på østersens væsen, inden du slår dig løs med østers og bobler i Maritime Nyttehavers to containere på Kalvebod Bølge. ØSTERSMAGI er tre lyspunkter i efterårsmørket ved havnen. Tre magiske østersoplevelser på 10 minutter.
Der udbydes 15 billetter hver halve time mellem kl. 19:00 og 22:00. Mødestedet er under Nykredits halvtag ud mod vandet tættest på Langebro. Sørg for at være der til tiden, så hvis du fx køber billet til intervallet 20:00-20:30, skal du helst være på plads så tæt på kl. 20:00 som muligt. Vi fraråder, at du går ud på selve Kalvebod Bølge før tid, da du blot risikerer at tage livet af en del af magien.
Selve østersbaren byder på forskellige østers og naturbobler fra Rosforth&Rosforth, som du betaler for efter forbrug.
