Kom til eksklusiv smugkro og en hel aften med naturvine, fremragende råvarer og fælles madlavning.
Vinbonden Jon & kogemand Thomas fra I Will Cook For Food tilbyder en eksklusiv gastronomisk rejse for dig, der har lyst til både at lære noget om mad og vin, at spise og drikke godt, og at gøre det sammen med andre i uhøjtideligt selskab. Arrangementet foregår eksklusivt og privat hos vinbonden.
I løbet af aftenen gør vi os tanker om aromaer i vine. Og vi går i kødet på en række råvarer. Derefter går vi sammen i køkkenet med Thomas i førertrøjen for at føre vores tanker ud i livet i en række velsmagende retter.
Undervejs bliver du din egen sommelier og skaber sammen med os andre de ultimative match mellem mad og vin. Alt justeres til perfektion, da vi har en bred vifte af råvarer såvel som vine at vælge imellem.
Menu, fremgangsmåde og vin-menu nedskrives og eftersendes en af de følgende dage, så du kan gøre middagen efter derhjemme.
Regn med at vi skal være i hinandens selskab ca 4-5 timer med indlagte pauser.

Du får:
- Vin ad libitum
- 5-6 skønne småretter på gastronomisk højt niveau
- Personlig inddragelse af alle deltagere i hele processen (undtagen naturligvis forberedelse og oprydning)
- En unik menu udviklet på aftenen
- Samt, ikke mindst, direkte adgang en hel aften til både en kok og en vinbonde, hvor kun din fantasi sætter grænser for, hvilke spørgsmål du kan få svar på.
