Koncerten på Halvandet den 19. maj er med bandet Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag med special guest tsar der vil give den gas, mens solen går ned henover det smukke spot på Refshaleøen og byens tage.
Der er dømt fest og lagt op til dans, når Papa´s Got a Brand New Bag spiller alle James Browns elskede og dansable hits er sikret at vi når rundt i alle niveauer.

Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag ER en flok veteraner fra den groovy del af den københavnske musikscene og bandet leverer i den grad danserytmer, der kan få alle op af stolene og ud på gulvet. Med musikere fra Napoleon Solo, Bikstok, Kenneth Bager Experience, Fastpoholmen, Baby Love, Lucy Love og mange andre konstellationer fra den københavnske ska- og funkscene, er det en erfaren enhed af musikere med en solid baggrund i den mest danseglade del af populærmusikken. Gennem de sidste 20 år har Papa’s Got a Brand New Bag adskillige gange vundet de uofficielle mesterskaber i funk og været en garant for fyldte dansegulve til fester og på klubber.

Transport
Transporten til Halvandet kan snildt foregå på cykel. Kommer man fra Indre By, kan man cykle over Inderhavnsbroen og være på Halvandet på blot 10 minutter. Er man den mere magelige type, kan man tage Buslinje 9A til endestationen på Refshaleøen og vandre de sidste 900 meter fra stoppestedet til Halvandet.
