Rødovre Terapicenter udbyder en række af tre workshops til styrkelse af parforholdet. Denne første workshop handler om kommunikation. Workshoppen afholdes på Rødovrevej 247 den 9 januar 2019 og der er maks. deltagelse af 8 par. Der serveres en let middagsanretning.
Formål:
Lær at spore problemer i kommunikationen og forstå hvorfor de "trigger" vrede, tavshed, aggression og frustration.
Udbytte:
I får en dybere selvindsigt og nogle værktøjer til at håndtere problemer i jeres kommunikation.
Form:
En blanding af korte oplæg fra psykoterapeuterne og par-øvelser med din partner.
Workshoppen bidrager samtidig til at opbygge generelle kompetencer, der kan anvendes fx i eget lederskab og til kommunikation med børn, venner, kollegaer og familie.
