Rødovre Terapicenter udbyder i samarbejde med Højnæskirken i Rødovre en række af tre workshops til styrkelse af parforholdet. Par-workshop #2 handler om at forstærke jeres bånd så I fremmer jeres evne til at skabe intimitet og tryghed på trods af forskellighed.
Workshoppen afholdes på Højnæsvej 60 lørdag den den 11. maj 2019 kl. 9.30-13.00 og der er maks. deltagelse af 12 par.

Der vil være forplejning i form af et let måltid og kaffe/te og vand.
Workshoppens Formål:
Lær om tilknytningsformerne og hvordan de påvirker kærlighedslivet. I afprøver hvordan I kan forstærke parforholdets bånd gennem tryggere tilknytning og dybere nærvær og intimitet.
Udbytte i parforholdet:
I får en dybere selvindsigt i jeres tilknytningsmønstre og nogle redskaber til arbejde jer mere ind i den trygge og intime tilknytning.
Form:
En blanding af korte oplæg fra psykoterapeuterne og par-øvelser med din partner.
Workshoppen vil typisk - i form af en øget tryghedsoplevelse - have en afsmittende virkning i jeres øvrige relationer.
