Går du i 0. - 3. klasse og kan du lide at bevæge dig, så kom og vær med på parkour i Fritidsforeningen GAS.
På holdet vil børnene blive introduceret for nogle øvelser fra parkour, som er en disciplin, hvor man ved at tilpasse sine bevægelser til det miljø, man befinder sig i, skal passere enhver forhindring, der måtte ligge på ens vej.
Den grundlæggende idé bag Parkour er at bevæge sig gennem omgivelserne i flow, det vil sige at komme fra punkt A til B mest effektivt og hurtigst muligt udelukkende ved brug af kroppen.
Parkour foregår egentlig udenfor på bygninger, gelændere og vægge, men på dette hold, vil træningen primært foregå indendørs og børnene vil komme til at træne deres balance, hurtighed og fysik.
Vi starter op onsdag d. 20/9 og slutter igen d. 29/11 2017.
Forældre bedes møde op kl 16.45 til fælles oprydning og afhentning.
Der er plads til 20 børn på holdet og prisen er 450 kr.
