– Afklaring af hvad problemet gør ved dig som pårørende. Hvor meget fylder bekymring, stress og tristhed? og hvad gør det ved din energi og overskud?
Indhold:
Modul 1 – Afklaring af problem, omfang, varighed etc. Viden om afhængighed og misbrug. Introduktion til den kognitive metode.
Modul 2 – Handle og sikkerhedsplan
Modul 3 – Motiverende og konfliktnedsættende kommunikationsstrategi
Modul 4 – Energi og egenomsorg
Modul 5 – Opfølgning
Form:
Dagen veksler mellem oplæg, øvelser og arbejdet med egen pårørendeplan.
Varighed:
1 lørdag/søndag fra kl. 9.30-15.30
