Denne fredag morgen tager vi livtag med:
Hvad det vil sige, at tage personligt lederskab og lede personligt?
Hvordan du balancerer dine talenter og bruger dit fulde potentiale?
Hvad har selvværd og sårbarhed med hinanden at gøre?
Og hvordan leder du formålsfuldt med hjerte, styrke, nerve og mod?
Derudover kommer vi ind på, hvordan du håndterer, idealfælder, stinkefaser, ansvarsfratagelse, den indre anerkendelsesjunkie, ledelsesskjoldet og hensynsbetændelsen, så du står stærkt, karisMAGISK og grundglad i dit liv og lederskab.
Du er velkommen til netværk med te, kaffe, frugt og croissant fra kl. 8.
Foredraget afholdes i hotellets lounge, og er et eksklusivt arrangement med kun 25 billetter.
Organiser
Cecilie Gredal er key-note speaker, ledelsesaktivist, rågiver og udvikler af ledere - der VIL noget væsentligt, samt en visionær og kærlig ildsjæl.
Gennem 27 år har Cecilie arbejdet med læring og udvikling, været leder i 10, og de sidste 9 år har hun gennem sin virksomhed hjulpet ledere på alle niveauer med at løfte deres bevidsthed, så de med større lethed kan lykkes med at lede i en balance mellem indre og ydre, hoved og hjerte, maskulin og feminin, natur og kultur baseret på deres talenter, formål og essens.
