We missed a good old Istanbul Meyhane and now we are meeting for the 3rd time in Copenhagen! This time we invited a chef from the Aegean coast of Turkey: An author, and a food photographer Arzu Acurol. She is printing her second book these days that's exploring local recipes from a North Aegean town Ayvalik where she lives. Ms. Acurol is coming and we are sure she is bringing small tastes from her garden. She will cook and we will meet with our loved ones, taste good old recipes and have a drink.
We designed the menu together with our chef to give you a taste of North Aegean. Classical meze meets with new interpretations.
As always, our musician friends will visit. But this time we keep their names as a surprise.
Pop-Up Meyhane Vol 3 will take place at Spisehuset 5C in Kødbyen. See the menu below!

Bu sefer şefimiz Ayvalık'tan! The most beautiful picture in the world of Arzu Acurol Hanımefendi Ayvalık is a photo of a group of people who have been photographed and what they have done. Kendisi şu günlerde yeni bir tarif kitabı yayınlıyor. Menüyü Arzu Hanım ile beraber tasarladık. Klasik mezeler, yeni yorumlar ve nostaljik lezzetler ararken Ayvalık ve yöresinden bir masa oluşturalım dedik. Arzu Hanım pişirecek, bizler de sevdiklerimizle sohbet ederken, rakı ve şarap eşliğinde mezelerin tadına bakacağız. En zevkli tarafı da kendisinin bahçesinden bir şeyler getirecek olması :)
Her zamanki gibi bu sefer de müzisyen arkadaşlarımız bizi ziyaret edecekler. Kimin geleceği sürpriz!
