Pop-up Meyhane is back again!
We are hosting two sessions at Spisehuset i Kødbyen. The first session takes place Friday the 23rd of September and the second Saturday the 24th of September.
Our chef Gizem Simsek graduated from IKS Culinary Academy in Istanbul. We have prepared a menu with recipes that are around 500 years old, and we import some of the ingredients from the best producers of Turkiye while we also will enjoy local produce in season.
The guests will have 8 mezes and a dessert with the ticket. Local Turkish wines can be bought complimentary as well as Beylerbeyi Göbek Raki. This raki is made of West Anatolian grapes that are distilled three times with local anise seeds. Drinks will be paid over Mobile Pay; prices can be seen at the bottom of the menu. Kopenhag'ın rutin etkinliklerinden birine dönüşen Pop-Up Meyhane 5. oturumuyla Eylül sonunda Kødbyen'de!
Yakışıklı küçük bir restaurant olan Spisehuset'te 23 Eylül Cuma ve 24 Eylül Cumartesi olmak üzere iki oturum yer alacak.
Şef Gizem Şimşek Nisan ayında Kopenhag'a taşındı ve The Pescatarian'da çalışıyor. Bu meyhanede Kopenhag'ın yerel lezzetlerinin tadını çıkaran ve İstanbul'a selam yollayan bir menü hazırladık. Çelebi Pilâkisi gibi 500 yıllık lezzetleri de bulabileceğiniz menüde minik bir İspanyol lezzetinin İstanbul yorumu da var. Malzemelerin çoğu Kopenhag'dan ancak belli başlı nefis yerel lezzetleri Türkiye'den almazsak olmaz. Akşam boyunca sekiz adet meze ve bir adet tatlı servis edilecek. Anadolu'nun içkisi bin yıllardır şarap, böylece tabi ki biz de bir miktar ilginç bulduğumuz yerel şarapları sunuyoruz. Bununla beraber ana içeceğimiz rakı. Kolay içimi, lezzeti ve yüzde yüz yerel olması nedeniyle Beylerbeyi Göbek Rakısı servis ediyoruz. Bu rakı yerel üzümlerin ve Ege anason tohumlarıyla imbiklerde distile edilmesiyle üretiliyor. İçecekleri mobile pay ile garsona ödeyebilirsiniz. Menü sayfanın en altında! Şimdiden afiyet olsun ve görüşmek üzere!

Vores kok Gizem Simsek er uddannet fra IKS Culinary Academy i Istanbul og sammen har vi forberedt en menu med 500 år gamle opskrifter. Vi importerer nogle af vores råvarer fra de bedste producenter i Istanbul, ligesom vi også vil servere lokale råvarer i sæson.
En billet giver otte meze-retter og dessert. Udvalgte, lokale tyrkiske vine kan tilkøbes, ligesom raki selvfølgelig kan. Vi serverer Beylerbeyi Göbek Raki, der er lavet af Vest-anatolske druer, der er destilleret tre gange med anisfrø. Drikkevarer betales over MobilePay, menu og priser lægges op her på siden.
