Stovetrotter will finish their pop-up at Gro Spiseri with a special Valentine’s dinner 14th February at 6.30pm.
The nomadic chefs Stovetrotter land on our organic and communal rooftop farm in Copenhagen in February. On their last night on the roof we throw a special romantic dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day.
With the motto “Cook. Eat. Travel. Repeat” the Canadian Stovetrotter create movable feasts with international cooking techniques picked up around the world. With the title "2016 Gault+Millau Pop-Up of the Year" they have travelled the world to learn local gastronomic techniques.
Bring your lover, significant other and heart’s desire for an unforgettable night in the warm greenhouse with a view to the frostbitten winter landscape, bonfires and the starry sky above you. Our local Nordic ingredients will be prepared and presented by Stovetrotter to expand your horizon with new cooking and gastronomic methods.
As always, we are happy to accommodate special dietary needs or requirements. Please, let us know well in advance.
