Fødsel Og Død (Og Hvordan Man Overlever Begge) er en surrealistisk one woman-cabaret teaterforestilling af teaterduoen SORT SAL. En satellitgruppe i samarbejde med Teaterbutikken.
Det er et sort, humoristisk stykke, der følger dets eneste karakter, en kvinde forklædt som en pestdoktor fra 1600-tallet, gennem fire årstider og deraf fire forskellige stadier af følelsesliv. Efter vinter kommer sommer, men vinteren skal nok også komme igen. Det er det cykliske liv, der følger tidligere, som er til for at brydes.
Det er en forestilling om livets op- og nedture og de eksistentielle spørgsmål, der hører til.
Finder jeg kærligheden? Vil min nedtur vare for evigt? Hvornår er man lykkelig? Og findes der en mening med livet?
