I denne workshop arbejder vi med det tredje Soaring Crane qigong sæt, som har fokus på ryggen.
Soaring Crane qigong består af en række flydende bevægelser, som kombinerer kropsbevægelser, åndedræt og intention.
Bevægelserne styrker og strækker musklerne og sener, forbedrer balance og fleksibilitet, og åbner op for energibanerne i kroppen.
På den mentale plan, kommer vi til at flytte vores fokus stille og roligt ind i kroppen, for at fornemme vores “grounding” samt arbejde på at skabe gode forbindelser mellem vores krop og sind.
Workshoppen er åben for alle, både nybegyndere og øvede.
