En restorativ yogaworkshop byder på rolige, støttende yogaøvelser med pøller, klodser og tæpper. Du guides blidt fra stilling til stilling og ligger i hver stilling mellem 10 og 20 minutter med tæppe over dig og øjenpude på øjnene. Der bruges enkle meditationer og åndedrætsteknikker for at berolige sindet og lade kroppen restituere. Restorativ yoga skaber balance i nervesystemet, blodtrykket sænkes, og hjernen og hjertet bliver beroliget.
Du vil føle dig dybt afspændt og fuldstændig afslappet undervejs og efter denne workshop.

Adressen til yogalokalet hedder Amagerfælledvej 50, men det snyder lidt, for du finder indgangen til lokalet lige rundt om hjørnet på Njalsgade. Se efter et skilt på gaden med en pil, der viser retning mod en udendørs trappe op til første sal.
Vigtigt at vide: Du har mulighed for at ankomme 10 minutter før workshoppens opstart og klæde om og lande på måtten. Tag gerne varmt tøj med, og måske lidt vand, hvis du bliver tørstig undervejs. Alle yogamaterialer er i lokalet

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
