Embark into the Swedish forest for 4 days retreat, wilderness quest and soul journey. Reunion with nature and healing arts as a path to explore your inner landscape and drink deeply from the well of nature. Nature and healing arts has throughout time offered us an intuitive connection and ways to expand our embodied liberation, creative potential and soul full expression. With nature, body and soul as our primary guide to conscious awareness we’ll embark on a transformational journey in a heart warm community.
The practice spring from nature-based cultures, ceremonies and rituals inside and outside - it’s an reintroduction of ancient techniques in a modern world. We intertwine old stories and new stories that can be medicine for our journey in life and our relationship to Nature. During the retreat we work with practices to help us slip out of our everyday lives and access our own deeper, wilder and silent currents. We explore practices that focus attention so that attention becomes intention. It’s a circle to reclaim your inner balance, silence, love and magic – and potentially exploring more of your own gifts and how to bring them to the world. Rather than focusing on self-improvement, we will set intentions from the heart of our being, celebrating the souls we are - beyond limiting beliefs and the illusion of a separate self.

From head to feet we'll investigate the unexplored wilderness of our bodies and unfold limbs, mind and soul with movement, meditation, dance, yoga, breathwork, music, singing and silence. We’ll feel the heat in with sauna rituals and let our cells vibrate to the rhythms of the drums. We’ll listen to our inner calling when we embark on a 4-12 hour mini vision quest in the forest. The contemporary western path of the ancient vision quest is a wilderness rite for all who are seeking greater depth, clarity inside and long for ways to reunion with nature. When we experience ourselves as interconnected in the lager web of life we have an opportunity to sense the intuitive realms of Nature and the more-than-human guidance.
Supported by nature and a heart warm community we will explore deeply and catalyze new courage, resources, gratitude and love to bring back into our lives. This circle is an invitation to celebrate our human heritage as creative creatures who can generate our own inner magic and be of service with our gifts to the world. It’s an invitation to remember that humans in community with heart language is vital to restore and re-story ourself and our connection to the Earth. It’s a circle to remember, sense and feel that people and land are good medicine to each other. It’s a circle to honor your soul journey, all of our relations and Earth as a gift.

PLACE
A magical retreat center at a water mill deep in the forest of Småland, called "Möllan Retreat. You’ll come to a charming place with a stunning lake, forest and the natural world to explore all day. There’s 2 big houses, a very beautiful hall overlooking the lake and a lovely sauna placed on the rock beside the lake. You will be accommodated either in a double room, 3-4 persons room. The price covers the 4 days stay, all meals and teaching.
Transport and your personal insurance is not included
Your payment is you sign up for the retreat. You are welcome to pay in installments if you need it (max 3 installments). In case of cancellation, 1/3 of the amount is refunded or you can find a friend who participates instead of you.
TRANSPORT
Möllan is located app. 4 hours drive from Copenhagen & 4,5 h from Stockholm. The address is Höghultström 2, 364 33 Åseda, Sweden.
CAR: The easiest way to get to Möllan is by car and we encourage to coordinate carpooling with other participants – info will be provided.
TRAIN/BUS: With train from Copenhagen there's 3 h to Växjö. From Växjö you take a bus (310 and 320 ) to Åseda, which takes 45 min. From Åseda to Möllen Retreat we organize the pick-up for around 80 dk.kr from 12-13). Find tickets: www.sj.se

As a founder of Balanced Retreat, I’m dedicated to helping people find a more meaningful way to connect to nature, body, intuition and soul. My inspiration is nature based traditions and healing arts across cultures and time. I’m passionate about reintroducing ancient techniques in a modern world which offers us practices to realign our inner compass, conscious exploration and unfold our soul full creative expression. My path lead me to Esalen Institute in California, teachers in shamanism as Anette Høst & Sandra Ingermann, 10 years meditation with Jesper Westmark, 20 years of modern dance, body work and yoga in various forms. 15 years of teaching and 7 years of facilitating retreats. The thread is also experience and education within Human Resource (Cand. Soc. HRM). A turning point in life in 2012 became a new starting point - therefore HR transformed into Human Retreat.
