We are very excited to present our new, exclusive concept to you: Roccamore Studio. A new way to make sure you'll get the roccamores of your dreams. Even if we run out of stock online.
For this one evening with limited seating, we're inviting you to come by our showroom, try all the shoes and pre-order your favorites with 250 kr. in discount. Delivery is 8-10 weeks and your purchase is non-refundable.
We only have 15 seats available and you need to buy a ticket to secure your spot. Each ticket is free and gives you 250kr discount on all shoes, only to be used that same night.
Frederikke is also excited to hear your opinion on the designs so far and get your insights and ideas for new styles and colors. All our shoes are made for you, so we really want to know what you think :)

I have not received my roccamore studio ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your roccamore studio tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your roccamore studio tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my roccamore studio ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the roccamore studio waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
