Tæt på havnen i Mosede ligger Det Gamle Røgeri. Restauranten er stemningsfyldt, med fokus på det gode måltid og en oplevelse, med en særlig unik sans for detaljen, indrettet i varme, intime farver og har et charmerende og hyggeligt interiør, masser af stearinlys og hjertevarme omgivelser. Køkkenet er altid er sammensat af gode råvarer og udgangspunkt i velsmagenskøkken - nordisk med et strejf af det franske. Alt er hjemmelavet og med stor vægt på kvalitet og gode råvarer.
Det er bestemt ikke uden grund, at Det Gamle Røgeri blev nomineret til Årets Bistro/Brasseri/Spisested 2013 af Den Danske Spiseguide. I "Den Danske Spiseguide 2015" er Restaurant Det Gamle Røgeri er blevet tildelt "EN STJERNE" for et bemærkelsesværdigt køkken og "TO GLAS" for et veldisponeret og bemærkelsesværdigt vinsortiment. På Sjælland - altså uden for hovedstaden - er der i alt kun 12 restauranter som har opnået stjernestatus.
