Lørdag d. 12. maj får vi besøg af romekspert, Søren Møller, fra CRT-spirits. Vi kommer på denne aften gennem flere af rommens stilarter, fra den kraftige og bredskuldrede rom fra Barbados til de krydrede Venezuelanere til de fyldige og bløde rom fra den Dominikanske Republik. Og netop fra den Dominikanske Republik skal vi smage et par nyheder fra Quorhum nemlig QRM30 Port Finish der har fået en afsluttende lagring på portvinsfad og QRM30 Cask Strength, der er en kraftkarl af en rom tappet ved 50,2%, der er den klassiske QRM30 - bare mere af det hele!
