Velkommen til Jewmaica – romsmagning til den jødiske kulturfestival
Der er langt fra Danmark til det caribiske øhav – men der er måske knap så langt fra jødedommen til rommens gyldne dråber på den anden side af jorden.
Fra jødisk handel med sukker og rom, til rastakulturens lyrik og ikke mindst vandrehistorien om den jødiske pirat, der rejste på de syv have og stjal med arme og ben – men selvfølgelig ikke på shabbat!
Med udgangspunkt i dette vil det glæde DJUS (Dansk Jødisk UngdomsSammenslutning) at se alle til et hyggelig arrangement, hvor vi inviterer smagsløgene på en kort rundrejse i rommens fantastiske verden med caribiskinspirerede snacks og toner til
Helt præcist kommer det til at foregå søndag d. 4.6 på biblioteket i det jødiske hus, hvor Philip fra Østerbro Vin & Spiritus leder vores romsmagning.
Billetter koster 150kr pr deltager. Alle er velkomne – men husk at tilmelder jer, da der er meget begrænsede pladser.

DJUS (Danish Jewish Youth Association) is excited to welcome you to an event with focus on the delights of the Carribean – you might even discover a Jewish connection or two…
Join us as we sample golden rum drops, accompanied by Carribean-inspired snacks and great tunes
This rum tasting session (in Danish) will be led by Philip from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus and
taking place on Sunday the 4th of June at the library of the Jewish community centre.
Tickets cost 150dkr per person. All are welcome – but please be aware that spaces are limited.
