Med sin kraftige men samtidig meget inderlige vokal er Nisse Thorbjørn en ener på den danske bluesscene. Han kan om nogen lyde som en, der har “The Blues”, og hans små historier imellem numrene besidder en helt speciel tør humor
Han beskriver selv sit soloshow som en blanding af originalitet, spiritualitet og spirit - rootsmusik med udsøgt dårlig moral og delta-blues af den slags din bedstefar ikke måtte sætte på grammofonen om søndagen, fordi den støjede.
Nisse Thorbjørn har optrådt på festivaler i både Tyskland, Sverige, Norge, Litauen, Mexico og Danmark.
