Øvelserne vil være en blanding af vejrtrækningsøvelser, rysten kombineret med latter, som frigiver lykkehormonerne og udskiller endorfiner.

Det foregår over 3 gange, hvor du herefter har lært teknikkerne til at bruge det hjemme

Anden gang er fredag d. 30/9 kl. 10.00 - 11.30
Tredje gang er fredag d. 7/10 kl. 10.00 -11.30
