En sanselig forårsaften, hvor japanske dufte og smage møder saunagus, hav dyp og outdoor wellness.
Eventet afholdes hos JUST SAUNA, en mobilsauna placeret i det unikke natur- og havneområde nær Stejlepladsen i Københavns Sydhavn.

Gusmesterinde Ida ruller sine yndlingswellness tricks ud, så vi kan svælge i berusende japanske æteriske olier. Aromatiske dufte vi skal opleve både igennem saunagus, mists, rubs, røgelse, hot towels og ikke mindst japansk mad og drikke.
Imellem de to gussessions, og mulige forfriskende hav dyp, serveres knasende japanske snacks, dampende kombu nudelsuppe og svampespyd fra yakitori grillen.
Heldet vil, at Kombucha Inc. har sponsoreret smagsprøver på deres special edition bryg med havtorn, kvæde og Habanero chili - et skønt sanseboost, når varmen også indtager munden! I slutningen af den sidste gussession køler vi munden ned igen, inde i saunaen, med en blommesake-pop (ispind).
Program
Kom 15-20 minutter før, så I kan nå at klæde om og lande.
- 19.00 Velkomst og snacks
- 19.10 Mulighed for hav dyp
- 19.20 Første gussession, med mist og røgelse, derefter mulighed for hav dyp
- 19.40 Servering af kombu nudelsuppe, yakitorispyd, kombuch, hygge om bålet
- 20.25 Anden gussession med bodyrub og sake pop (ispind) i saunaen
- 20.40 Hav dyp, velduftende hot towels, mulighed for fodbad og te ved bålet 19.00
- 21.15-ish Tak for i aften - Kon'ya wa arigatō
- Blive endelig hængende mens vi så småt pakker sammen
(Samme event afholdes også fra kl. 17.00 til 19.15 og findes ligeledes på Billetto og FaceBook)
Så lad os inhalere og slubre forårets sprøde og spæde flygtighed i os. Denne aften hylder netop flygtigheden, som i Japan sublimt symboliseres af kirsebærblomsten / Sakura. Derfor navnet Sakura'Sauna :)

Vi klæder om udendørs, og har et telt hvori det er muligt at hænge sit overtøj (Alternativt kan du komme omklædt)
JUST SAUNA er en mobilsauna, så der er ingen toiletfaciliteter, men der er masse buske ;)
Saunaen er et ikke-seksuelt rum. Dette betyder ingen berøring eller kommentarer på andres eller egen krop. Krop er bare krop :)

SakuraSauna
SakuraSauna is a Japanese-inspired sauna, soup and sake event at JUST SAUNA in Copenhagen's South Harbor.
A sensual spring evening where Japanese scents and tastes meet sauna therapy, sea bathing and outdoor wellness.
Sauna aufguss master Ida introduces her favorite wellness tricks so we can all revel in intoxicating Japanese essential oils. We’ll experience the aromatic scents through both sauna therapy, mists, rubs, incense, hot towels and not least food and drink.
Between the two sauna sessions, we offer the possibility for a refreshing dip in the sea, crunchy Japanese snacks, steaming kombu noodle soup and mushroom skewers from the yakitori grill are served.
Luckily, Kombucha Inc. has sponsored tastings of their special edition brew with sea buckthorn and Habanero chili - a wonderful sensory boost when the heat takes over! At the end of the last sauna session, we’ll cool down inside the sauna, with a plum sake pop (ice lolly).

Arrive 15-20 minutes before, so you can change clothes and land
- 19.00 Welcome and snacks
- 19.10 Possibility of sea bathing
- 19.20 First sauna session, mist and incense, opportunity for another dip in the sea
- 19.40 Kombu noodle soup, yakitori skewers, kombucha, around the cozy fire
- 20.25 Second sauna session with body scrub and sake pop (ice lolly) in the sauna
- 20.40 Sea dip, fragrant hot towels, possibility of foot bath and tea by the fire
- 21.15-ish Thank you for tonight - Kon'ya wa arigatō
- Feel free to stay and hang around

Then the following can be purchased and enjoyed around the fire, with a look at the magical light of the harbour:
Warm fragrant foot baths with epsom salt and the evening's scents: DKK 35.
Body oil and scrub with the evening's scents DKK 35.
Green spring tea and with candied ginger DKK 20.
Cheerfully bubbling Kombuchas from Kombucha Inc. 2 x 0,5L for 50kr

Need to know
We change clothes outdoors and there is a tent where it is possible to store your clothes and belongings.
Since JUST SAUNA is a mobile sauna, there are no toilet facilities but loads of nature around 😉
Remember; The sauna is a non-sexual space.
