SALAAM SHALOM FÆLLESSPISNING
- Lad os spise en hyggelig frokost sammen
Måltidet er en fantastisk ramme til at skabe fællesskabsfølelser. Når man sidder ved samme bord og spiser den samme mad, deler samme smage, så kommer man lettere til at tale med nogen, som man ellers aldrig ville snakke med. Derfor inviterer vi til fællesspisning på dette års Salaam Shalom Festivalen.
Fællesspisningen foregår ved langborde. Menuen er kreeret af Gonzo café og spisested og vil består af et hummusmåltid med enten mellemøstkrydderet kødsauce (halal) eller stegte svampe (vegansk). Derudover serveres Salaam-Shalom salat, oliven, hjemmelavet chilidip, syltede grøntsager og pitabrød. Serveringen vil være en blanding mellem tallerkenanretning og delemad serveret i skåle og på fade til hele bordet – sharing is caring!
Fællesspisningen starter kl. 13.00 og vil finde sted ved festivalen på Nytorv.
Under måltidet vil der blive mulighed for at deltage i spændende samtaler som udfordrer fordomme og gør en klogere på andre og sig selv og ikke mindst de værdier, man (tror man) står for. Samtalerne faciliteres af Danmissions dialogpiloter.
