Samtalesalon - Om nydelse
Nydelse er for nogle enkelt og naturligt at give sig selv - mens det for andre kan være sværere måske på grund af kultur og ubevidste overbevisninger - eller fordi man ikke er i kontakt med det, som gør en glad.
I denne samtalesalon undersøger vi begrebet nydelse. Blandt de spørgsmål, som vi søger besvaret, er:
- Handler nydelse (kun) om at skabe balance i kroppen eller hjernen?
- Kan mennesker med meget nydelse i livet opnå endnu mere nydelse?
- Hvordan påvirker ord, historie og kultur den individuelle nydelse - og kan vi gøre noget ved det?
- Er nydelse altid sundt eller kan vi nyde det forkerte
- Er personlig nydelse afhængig af andre mennesker?
- Hvordan får vi mere nydelse ind i vores hverdag?
Som altid ønsker jeg at åbne for et ærligt og intimt rum, hvor vi nysgerrigt og kærligt undersøger aftenens emne. Og et sted hvor der kan spørges om alt og hvor svarene folder sig ud i samspil mellem alle i rummet.
