. Imagine you pay a membership fee and become part of a community that has a whole wardrobe of beautiful unique clothing. A shared Clothing Collection is a curated library of clothing that are made and collected to be taken care of and taken out on life experiences by it's members and by doing so connecting people.
This is what I am looking in to create for Århus for my third year project at The KaosPilots.

On Thursday 23th of November I am inviting you to Studio MASSIF in Sydhavn for some home made pizza and good conversations about the future of clothing and what's important for a Clothing Collection Community in Århus to succeed. I will tell about the concept of other existing so called Clothing Libraries and share some of my ideas and would love to hear your thoughts. You are also welcome to invite friends.

GOOD THINGS ABOUT A SHARED CLOTHING COLLECTION:
- When people go together they can pay less but get access to more.
- The fashion industry is one of the worlds most exploiting industry when it comes to humans, animals and nature resources. Shared Clothing Collections advocate slow fashion, respect for the design and making of the clothing, the piece of clothing in it self and the care for clothing to hold through generations.
- More people today die from killing themselves than in war. An including community makes people feel home and safe.
- Beautiful clothing is a celebration of all the beauty and creativity we have inside, its a way to communicate who you are without words. I believe more people should have access to do so.
