Saunagus er en sanselig oplevelse i saunaen, hvor æteriske olier, varme og musik smelter sammen i guidede runder.
Du bliver ledt trygt gennem tre sessioner med skiftende dufte, stemninger og temperaturer – alt sammen designet til at give ro, velvære og en følelse af at komme helt ned i kroppen.
Det er en pause fra hverdagen. En oplevelse for både krop og sanser.
Og du skal ikke gøre andet end at tage plads og tage imod.
Jeg bor 50. sek fra Solbjerg sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade mellem de 3 gus.
Der vil være snacks, scrubs, elektrolytter, koldt vand og te under og efter gusen.
Jeg glæder mig til at dele gusen med dig.
