Og hvilken bedre måde er der så at gøre det på end en fest med jeres alle sammens yndlings fredagsbar? 🍻🍻🍻
Så kom til den vildeste SEMESTERSTARTSFEST!
Festen er af de studerende, for de studerende og vi glæder os til at holde den vildeste fest med alle Absalons studerende - nye som gamle.
INDGANG
Der vil være entré til festen og billetter hertil kan købes på https://billetto.dk/e/semesterstartsfest-billetter-255461, hvor prisen vil være 50 kr.
Vil der være overskydende billetter, hvilket vi selvfølgelig ikke håber, er det muligt at købe dem i døren til 80 kr.
Det er derudover vigtigt at huske studiekort, da festen kun er for Absalon studerende. (Studerende som ikke har et studiekort endnu, kan tage et screenshot af deres Fronter så man kan se deres fulde navn og billede-id)
Husk også at medbringe billetten - enten printet ud eller på mobilen.
GADEROBE 🎒
Der vil være garderobe i auditoriet, som vil være bemandet hele aftenen.
Jakke: 10 kr.
Taske 10 kr.
EKSKLUSIVT SAMARBEJDE
Kantinen er med til at gøre aftenen bedre, de disker nemlig op med deres egen street food bod, hvor
det vil være muligt hele aftenen at købe mad af alle afskygninger.
RYGNING 🚬
Rygning foregår, som altid, ved rygeområdet. Denne aften er udgangen ved den store kantine og rygeområdet afgrænset af hegn.

The start of a new term, is a cause for celebration 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
And what better way to do that, than with a party hosted by your favorite Friday bar?
We are hosting the biggest party on campus!
The party is hosted by and for the students of Absalon, and we couldn’t be more excited to see you and your classmates there, partying it up and celebrating being back to school (or trying to forget you started school again) 😉
Entrance
In order to attend the Term Start Party, you will have to buy a ticket on https://billetto.dk/e/semesterstartsfest-billetter-255461 the price is 50DKK, not including a small additional charge made by the page.
If there are any unsold ticket on the day, the price at the door will be 80DKK.
You have to remember your studentID, or take a screenshot of your Fronter page, which should include your full name + a picture Id.
This is for ours and yours safety, so we know that the party remains for Absalon students alone.
Remember to bring your ticket as well, either printed or on a mobile device.
Wardrobe
The auditorium will be host to an all-night manned wardrobe.

Exclusive partners on the day:
We partnered with the Cantina on campus, which this night will be bringing their street food out from the main area, and down under the staircase.
They will be there all night, so you won’t leave hungry, unless you choose to.
SMOKING:
Just as the usual smoking rules on campus, except for the quick exit, which will be located in the big cantina, the area will be fenced off.

I have not received my SEMESTERSTARTFEST ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your SEMESTERSTARTFEST tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your SEMESTERSTARTFEST tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my SEMESTERSTARTFEST ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the SEMESTERSTARTFEST waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
