Stefan Moritz fra Veryday i Stockholm er verdens første MBA i servicedesign; han har bl.a. løst opgaver for adidas, Disney, Nokia og Philips. Mads Quistgaard fra Urgent Agency vil fortælle om, hvordan man kan designe en mobil ambassade! Ole Madsen afslører, hvorfor og hvordan Spar Nord vil levere service i særklasse. Ulrik Jungersen fortæller om Kolding Kommunes designsatsning. Og Mette Mikkelsen og Søren Bechmann fra Service Design Institute vil tale om service og design.
