Smagning.com har været i skattekammeret, og har udvalgt 6 fremragende whisky til denne helt unikke smagning. De fleste whiskyer kan ikke købes mere, med mindre man vil ofre mange penge på auktion - dette er dén whiskysmagning i år som man bare SKAL med til! Den samlede flaskepris er vurderet til at ligge omkring 20.000 kroner, så vi skænker kun 1,5 cl af hver for at holde prisen nede. Til gengæld er der oplevelser for alle pengene. Gamle hedengange aftappere og gamle aftapninger kombineret med gammel whisky - de fleste på fastyrke! What's not to like? Vi skal gennem denne udsøgte menu (forbehold for ændringer):
- Tormore 25 år – Vi snupper Smagning.com's egen aftapning af en gammel Tormore som opvarming!
- Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix – Den legendariske Glenfiddichaftapning, der startede med en ulykke, og endte som en kultaftapning!
- Dufftown 1976 Embassy Collection – vi bevæger os et par kilometer væk fra Glenfiddich, og finder denne lækre gamle sag fra et lidt overset destilleri!
- Glenrothes 2000 Norse Cask – En helt igennem sublim sherrybombe - uden de bivirkninger som man ind i mellem ser fra sherryfade i form af svovl. De danske Norse Cask aftapninger var kendt for et yderst højt kvalitetsniveau, og efterspørges i hele verden!
- Springbank CV gammel version – fra dengang Springbank stadig havde nok gammel whisky til deres luksusaftapninger!
- Ardbeg Still Young – Kan du huske al hypen, da Ardbeg kom med de første "nye" aftapninger (efter Glenmorangie tog over)? Ellers kan du blive mindet om den med denne aftapning. Still Young? Yes Sir!
Vil du have lidt at spise inden smagningen? Køb en billet, der dækker både mad og smagning, og start med en portion af Krut's Karports berømte chili (NB: serveres kl 18). Drikkevarer efter eget valg kan tilkøbes på stedet.
