I år tilberedes maden af Restaurant Ros fra Tønder. 
Til vores arrangement "Smag på Marsken" er det lykkedes af få de dygtige kokke fra Restaurant Ros i Tønder, Marcel Rodrigues og Steffen Snitgaard, til at komponere en menu bestående af marsklam og lokale råvare. Prisen pr. kuvert er kr. 119,-
Der er i alt 100 stk. kuverter, hvoraf de første 50. stk kunne forudbestilles.
De sidste 50 stk kan købes på pladsen på selve dagen.
Maden serveres mellem kl. 12.00 og 15.00
