Experience two powerful voices from the Latin American indie and electropop scene as Sofía Cardich and Ellegalgo perform in Copenhagen.
Sofía Cardich
Sofía Cardich (1992) is a composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from La Plata, Argentina. She began her musical journey with the band Los Chicos de Portugal, and in 2015 she founded Las Piñas, a duo with which she established herself on both the national and international indie scene.
With Las Piñas she toured the United States twice and shared the stage with artists such as La Femme, Courtney Barnett, and Oh Sees, among others.
Now based in Copenhagen, Denmark—but always connected to the Latin American scene—Sofía has begun her solo project with three releases that combine indie, synth-pop, guitars, and layers of synthesizers, with introspective lyrics about heartbreak, distance, and emotional states.
In August she released her new record Autdefinido 2024. Is produced by Santiago Monroy and recorded entirely in a home studio. The album builds an introspective and immersive atmosphere where alternative indie rock blends with pop touches and a strong lyrical sensibility.
Ellegalgo
Ellegalgo is the musical project of Horacio Rudelli (Tucumán, Argentina, 1988), a pop artist based in Barcelona who offers his “romantic services” through indie songs that blend electropop and romance. Inspired by artists like Mecano, Virus, and Julio Iglesias, Ellegalgo explores romantic emotions, falling in love, friendship, and break-ups through a nostalgic yet dynamic electropop.
On stage, he delivers a performance that travels from emotional intimacy to the euphoria of the dance floor, weaving in simple choreographies and captivating visuals in collaboration with visual artists.
Servicios Románticos, Ellegalgo’s first LP, will be released in November 2025. More than just an album, Servicios Románticos works like an emotional library: each track presents itself as a “service” designed to accompany a specific mood within the realm of love. Idealization, desire, heartbreak, and beyond—the LP offers a song for every stage, like a sentimental pop guidebook.
