Åben prøve med bandet Sorten Muld Sankthans Aften
Som optakt til en koncert på Roskilde Festival, inviterer vi til en times gratis SORTEN MULD-koncert i Byrådssalen. Vi kan kalde det en åben generalprøve for byen.
I forbindelse med koncerten, præsenterer Vestpark Festival årets line-up, og medlemmer af Stationsforeningen, vil fortælle om projekt " Station K" - den venlige overtagelse af station til kreative iværksætter formål.
Der er gratis adgang, men begrænset antal pladser. Bestil derfor din plads her.
Sorten Muld er et dansk band, som spiller en kombination af skandinavisk folkemusik og elektronisk musik. Bandet blev grundlagt i 1995 af Ulla Bendixen, Martin Ottosen (bosat i Langå) og Henrik Munch,(bosat i Randers) og de har vundet to priser ved Danish Music Awards for deres album Mark II fra 1997. Blandt gruppens mest kendte og populære sange er "Ravnen", "Venelite" og "Vølven".
I det 8 mands store Liveband medvirker yderligere to Langå-borgere; Johannes Hejl og Anders Pedersen.
Sorten Muld har udgivet tre albums og én EP, og de har skrevet musik til musikforestillingen Tragica 3.0 og danseforestillingen ...og hvem har du favnet i natten.... Gruppens seneste album var konceptalbummet Jord, Luft, Ild, Vand, der udkom i 2002. Efter dette holdt gruppen en pause i flere år, indtil de i 2011 begyndte at spille koncerter igen.
