Meditative Concert with "Lyden af Stilhed"
Find calmness and inder peace in meditative soundscapes.
Soundscapes created by singing bowls, crystal bowls, piano and gongs can give the feeling of being bathed in sound, and the listener is invited into a relaxed and meditative state.
At this unique event, you will have the chance to remove old tension and heaviness from the body, find mental clarity, and in this way give more space to YOU. The sounds from the bowls create a neutral focus point, allowing thoughts to quieten. In this way, you can reach inner peace and have contact with a deeper place within yourself, of greater openness and truth.
