Slow Food København-Nordsjælland starter aktiviteterne for 2017 med at spise sammen på den italienske restaurant Mangia på Vesterbro (http://mangia.dk/) den 1. februar klokken 18.30.
For 250 kr. for Slow Foods medlemmer og 300 for ikke-medlemmer får vi brød og olie, antipasti, to slags pasta og en dessert (drikkevarer ikke inklusive).
Mangia åbnede i oktober og laver kompromisløs, italiensk, håndlavet mad, der smager som var man dernede. Ejeren Philip Skovgaard giver en introduktion til stedet og filosofien bag, ud over det kan man høre om nogle af Slow Food Kbh-Nordsjællands planlagte aktiviteter for det kommende år, melde sig ind i foreningen, hvis man vil, samt hilse på gamle og møde nye venner over et glas vin og en snak om god, ren og retfærdig mad.
